MAGIC CHRISTMAS IN PRAGUE

Day 1 (23.12.2024) Bucharest – Prague – panoramic and walking tour included

Meet at Bucharest Otopeni Henri Coanda Airport at 08:15 for boarding TAROM flight RO225 departing at 11:15 to Prague. Arrival in Prague at 12:10 local time. After collecting your luggage, we’ll take a panoramic city tour with a local guide. Prague, known as the beer capital of Europe, the city of 100 spires, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. In the evening, join our group leader to visit one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Prague. Immerse yourself in the winter holiday atmosphere with souvenirs, festive cheer, and seasonal treats. Enjoy a variety of seasonal products: wooden toys, Czech dolls, handmade jewelry, scented candles, Christmas ornaments, ceramic beer mugs, hats, and puppets. You can also sample traditional foods and seasonal drinks: sausages, vanocka (traditional Christmas bread), mulled wine, punch, and grog. Transfer to the hotel and check-in at DUO 4* or similar.

Day 2 (24.12.2024) Prague – Karlovy Vary, full-day excursion and traditional dinner

Breakfast. Free time or, optionally, join a full-day excursion to Karlovy Vary, the oldest and most important spa resort in Western Bohemia, known for its thermal springs and locally made porcelain and glass. Walking tour with the group leader and free time for shopping or individual visits: the New Forest Museum (presenting the history of the city), the Moser Glass Factory (where Bohemian glass is produced), the Jan Becher Museum (where you can learn about Becherovka, the most famous Czech liqueur). Return to Prague. In the evening, optionally, enjoy a traditional dinner with a Czech folk program, local beer, and delicious dishes. Overnight at DUO 4* or similar.

Day 3 (25.12.2024) Prague - Lunch and Christmas Concert

Breakfast. Free time for gift shopping. At lunch, join us for a Christmas meal (including three courses and three drinks) at a floating restaurant on the Vltava River (transport to/from the restaurant is by public transport and metro. Transport is not included and will be paid individually on-site). After lunch, enjoy some leisure time. In the evening, optionally, attend a Christmas Concert at the historic Mirror Chapel at Klementinum (concert tickets must be confirmed by 01.10.2024). Transportation to/from the concert will be by public transport. Transport is not included and will be paid individually on-site. Overnight at DUO 4* or similar.

Day 4 (26.12.2024) Prague - Dresden “Florence on the Elbe”

Breakfast. Free time. Optionally, join a full-day excursion to Dresden – the capital of the Saxon kings in Germany. Dresden, located on the banks of the Elbe River, is known as Florence on the Elbe. Highlights include the Zwinger Palace, Frauenkirche, Semper Opera, the Royal Palace over 700 years old, and the Baroque Cathedral, among other cultural and architectural gems. Return to Prague in the afternoon. Overnight at DUO 4* or similar.

Day 5 (27.12.2024) Prague – Bucharest

Breakfast. Transfer from the hotel to the airport for boarding TAROM flight RO226, departing for Bucharest at 09:35 local time. Arrival at Otopeni-Henri Coanda at 12:25 local time.
